# Support

> How to get help with BosonMail: support channels, what to include in a request, and where to find additional resources.

If you need help with the BosonMail SDK, API, or service, use one of the channels below. For account and billing questions, contact BosonWare directly.

## Service level agreement

BosonWare publishes an SLA at [bosonware.com/sla](https://bosonware.com/sla). Review it for uptime commitments and support response targets.

## What to include in a support request

To help the team diagnose your issue quickly, include the following details:

* SDK version (for example, 0.2.1)
* Runtime and version (Node.js 20.11.0, Bun 1.1, etc.)
* `statusCode` from the result object, if any
* `errorMessage` and `errorCode`, if any
* `messageId` if the issue relates to a specific email
* Timestamp of the request, with timezone
* A minimal code snippet that reproduces the problem

> Never include your API key in support emails, public forums, or shared code snippets. Treat it as a secret.

## Account and billing help

For questions about invoices, M-PESA payments, plan changes, or inbox management, contact BosonWare support directly. The SDK documentation does not cover billing workflows.
